Warm Spaces

Warm Spaces has been running for a while and has been a great success.  Linda and the attendees are keen for it to continue.  Linda has arranged with the George Hotel and Inveraray Inn for the event to be hosted fortnightly, rotating between the two venues.

The Fyne Community Shed

A grant application has been submitted to TSI for funds towards the costs of the shed and we hope to submit an application to Clachan once the group has decided on a couple of sheds/containers.

The Pier

Fundraising is ongoing. D A Macdonald are sourcing materials so that refurbishment can start as soon as the pier is in community ownership.  It is a waiting game at the moment until we hear from SLF and their Board.

Community Hall

An application to Argyll and Bute Council for £2500 for a consultation to be held on the community hall has been successful.  Inspire Inveraray aim for this to be a conclusive consultation, offering options to the community of re-development of the hall, a new hall at a different location or any other ideas the community has.

Welcomed Michelle as administrator.
