  2. Doctor’s surgery – stakeholder meeting in Inveraray and Furnace arranged by HSCP.
  3. Lights for Avenue – Cllr Corner will speak with A&B Council.
  • Arch between Londis & Woollen Mill – requires repair – contact Transport Scotland.
  1. Local Development Plan – Hugh Nicol provided an overview of planned housing for Inveraray (social and affordable housing) and provided a printed copy of the Local Development Plan 2 for viewing.
  2. Community Minibus – repaired, insurance is restricted to not for profit/charitable organisations although other organisations wishing to use the vehicle could obtain their own insurance.
  3. Traffic lights on Inveraray bridge – Bear are carrying out works to the bridge so there are temporary lights in addition to the permanent lights on the bridge – currently out of sequence and causing traffic to build up through the town – Bear emailed and asked to investigate.
  • New National Park – the Community Council would require further information before deciding whether to support but at the moment support is unlikely as there doesn’t appear to be any clear benefits for the town.
  • STATKRAFT (An Càrr Dubh proposed windfarm) – Linda will meet with Ruth Semple to discuss possible support for Inveraray.
  1. Community Council AGM – planned for Wednesday 5th June 2024.
